I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through ICF-accredited and world-recognized iPEC Coaching. My coaching approach is centered around fostering a deep sense of self-discovery, personal growth, and empowerment. Through a blend of coaching techniques, I guide women to unlock their potential and lead purpose-driven lives. Let's embark on this transformative journey together.
Meet Bhavika
Welcome! I'm Bhavika. I’m excited to introduce myself, though I prefer not to be defined by the labels I'm about to share. Here’s a snapshot: I’m South Asian (Indian-American-British), a millennial, single, and an empath. I’m also the eldest daughter (and grand-daughter) in an immigrant family, am a recovering people-pleaser, own a home with my sister and manage several autoimmune disorders.
What Led me to Coaching
As an empath, I find deep purpose in helping others. After spending over 17 years at a social policy and data organization (with brief stops in banking and entertainment), I embarked on a solo trip to Florence, Italy, for some soul-searching. While sipping cappuccino, journaling in a piazza, and watching children on the merry-go-round, I reflected on how easy it is to lose touch with joy and our dreams amidst life’s practicality and mundanity.
